Initially perhaps a solution born out of necessity, coaching via tele- or video communication has meanwhile grown into a form to be taken seriously, both independently and as a complement (blended).

It is obvious that the local flexibility and the time saved with this choice play an important role. This alows you to take the risk of not sitting opposite of the counselor.

Interestingly, unlike initially assumed, the technical indirectness is not necessarily perceived as a disadvantage. For example, depending on the topic, mood, etc., the “distance” between client and consultant can also invite to do something different than usual.

On request, I will set up a virtual room for our online appointment. You will receive access by e-mail or telephone – no installation necessary. Of course you can also suggest your favorite channel of communication.
